Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to Vodworks’ growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate excels in solutioning—uncovering pain points, identifying opportunities, and presenting value-driven solutions during conversations with potential clients. They should be proactive, resourceful, and skilled at hunting for opportunities to open new doors for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients across industries such as finance, fintech, compliance, gaming, and blockchain.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities by engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Actively seek opportunities to address client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful outreach campaigns that drive interest and engagement.
  • Work closely with the broader sales and operations team to ensure smooth handoffs for lead negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine prospecting strategies.
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM systems with accurate lead information and progress reports.
